Can PoE be disabled on this switch?

This camera is auto detection design, if you don't use it for poe devices, it will not open poe power, just original gigabi switch. So no need to disable or open the PoE.

Does it come with power cord? can i run ndi cameras through it for live streaming?

Yes, with power cord. if your camera support IEEE802.3AF/AT POE, the poe voltage is 48V, it is ok. thanks!

Has any one tried to hook this up to a verizon mi424wr router on the wan port?

The wan port is standard gigabit ethernet port, As long as your router is a standard Ethernet interface, it is ok, thanks!
